Josie Jiang grew up in a beautiful coastal city in southeast China and made her way to Canada 12 years ago. As a former international student, she followed an educational pathway that has led to a transformational change in her life and her career. She holds a master’s degree in Education from Queensland University of Technology in Australia and graduates from the Master of Intercultural and International Communication program at Royal Roads University in BC.

 

Josie is an International Education professional whose experience has covered from the post-secondary to K-12 sector in Canada in the past 10 years, and is currently working as the Senior Manager of International Student Program in the Comox Valley School District. She also teaches the course of Intercultural Communication Competence at Royal Roads University. She is a Qualified Administrator of IDI® and an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Josie currently enjoys her life with her partner in Courtenay on the Vancouver Island.
