Mindfulness and Intercultural Communication

This interactive workshop will cover:

  • 5 facets of mindfulness
  • How mindfulness works
  • How mindfulness applies to intercultural communication
  • Practice using a modified intercultural skill cycle adapted from John Kabat Zinn's MBSR program to acknowledge, understand and work with challenging intercultural situations
  • Co-creating practical strategies
  • Short metta practice
