Please Join us for a rich and stimulating conversation about culture, society & the current moment at this SIETAR BC Networking Event. We welcome the community to a safe, open space to hold these discussions. Donations will be accepted at the door.

SOUFRA Screening & Panel Discussion

Thursday, October 25th at Goldcorp Centre for the Arts, 149 W. Hastings St. Vancouver, B.C.

Join us for the special screening of SOUFRA, an award-winning documentary about a team of refugee women in Lebanon that defy all odds and launch a successful catering company, Soufra, and expand it into a local food truck business. We are connecting this story to that of Tayybeh, a local catering and food truck business run by Syrian refuge women, and to other refugee stories. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion.
